I purchased a dress in 2 sizes from this online retailer, and when I attempted to return the 1 size I was informed that they do not accept returns for any reason. This is not made clear on their website or in any information about the company. And it is very unusual for an online retailer to not accept any returns. When I requested the return, the only option they gave me was to pay an additional $60 for another dress. They would not refund my money and were asking for additional money. The target audience for this retailer are teen girls who will be in this same position when they purchase from this website. All online retailers offer some kind of return, refund or store credit for a purchase. The public should be made aware of this practice from this retailer so people are not in the same position.
