Description
I made a vacation purchased that was canceled due to a hurricane. I was reimbursed my money in the full amount only to have 855 taken 2 months later because they claimed i didn't show up to the hotel. I attempted to contact quandado hotel only to be ignored and given invalid information to resolve my case. Now both companies are claiming ignorance while trying to charge me.
