The website advertises puppies for sale. When my husband reached out vi the website expressing interest in a puppy, he was sent a contact and told what the cost would be to have the puppy sent via carrier. After sending half the amount- $500, he received a strange phone call about a contract and money that he owed. He called the phone number listed on the email and a gentleman answered with a foreign accent. My husband started to feel uneasy about the purchase and requested a refund since the contract stated he could back out if not satisfied. We requested updated photos of the puppy and videos or even a FaceTime call, but the individual would not provide this. Only sending the photos on the website. He stated it was a privacy concern to video call, and that the puppy was sleeping so he could not take any new photos. The individual stated he would refund the $500, then stopped responding to any attempts at communication and the refund was never received.
