Description
I am a senior citizen over the age of 65 and on a fixed income. On 09-16-2024, I received a letter in the mail stating "An opportunity to pay your cancelled account" from AT&T, in the amount of $1,031.37. I immediately contacted AT&T representative who advised that an account was opened in my name on 06-06-2024 for an IPhone 15 Plus and cancelled on 08-07-2024. I have never had an account with AT&T and would NEVER purchase a phone that expensive. I did not authorize anyone to use my identity and this is clearly Identity Fraud. Please help.
