May 23, 2024, I order a package for a logo. After submitting the information of what I asked for, they send me bogus drafts of logos that look like they were made with AI and not what I asked for. When I reached out via email about not being happy with the services, they tried to upsell me another package for more money without completing the first job. Very pushing and when I declined anything they would not take no for an answer and they keep calling my phone harassing me about until this day. Today I get an email stating this when I have not even received, accepted, approved or used their drafts: I hope this message finds you well.
