I purchased beauty products. Was unhappy with quality and per their company's website they have a refund or return policy. When I contacted them to initiate the return, they said I couldn't return it because it was shipped from China and too expensive to ship back. Then they offered me a few dollars to keep the item. I explained their policy said I can return it for a refund. Even after I explained what their website said about policy on refunds, they continue to tell me they won't refund me or allow me to return it. I looked into their company further on Facebook and lots of complaints about fraudulent activities, scamming activities, etc. The only way to contact this company is the one email address.
