I ordered concert tickets back on April 26,2024. I received an email to which I thought contained the tickets so I've kept it in my saved emails until now it's time for the concert and I went in the email and tickets weren't there! I had to contact them by several ways to log in and and finally asking hitting the help button which they just gave me the round around and to jump thru hoops to log in and hit buttons to transfer tickets after an hour of doing this u tried one last time to contact by the help button because there wasn't any other options to use the person who I was talking to last was a Christopher and somehow the screen blinked which was weird and they had disconnected me. I will try to call today but feel I won't get anywhere with this and all I wanted was just to get my tickets. I have reported this to the FTC and next my bank but wanted to report here as well so if it can help out any other people to prevent the same thing from happening!! I have attachments I can show you.
