Person hacked a facebook account of someone my family member knew. Posted concert tickets for sale. I sent them money for tickets and did not receive them. They refused to send me tickets or refund my money and blocked me. They were sending pictures of the ticketmaster purchase, how they would transfer tickets, etc.
