I called this flower shop to make sure they were a locally owned business. I spoke to someone in person who said they were in fact, located in Granville Michigan. I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend and gave my credit card information. The next day, I received an email saying that the order had been canceled and that they would refund my credit card. When I called to follow up on this, I spoke to someone completely different. They again tried to tell me they were located in Grand Rapids. When I asked to speak to the person, I ordered flowers from they would not put that person on the phone. I get the impression they are just a call center and are telling people their local .
