So these people advertised on FB purporting to sell Stanley mugs. When you click on the site to purchase the product it looks like you are on Macy's online shopping. Once you make the purchase you get a confirmation email from somewhere else. This is not Macy's . When I contact them, via email, because that is your only option, to cancel the order, they reply telling you, oh just change your mind, please tell us why. I emailed them telling them why and they said change your mind and then they said well we will refund you 5%. I contacted my bank and closed the credit card and filed a complaint. Thankfully they credited my account for the charge.
