Urban Contrive (formerly urban grailed) has a presence on IG and shows great clothing and appears to be a legit business. I purchased items in May 2024 using PayPal as the payment method, got an email confirmation and never heard from them again. I attempted to email multiple times over the next month or two and heard nothing so finally filed a complaint thru PayPal. During this time they changed their business name to Urban Contrive. Someone finally responded via the PayPal dispute channel, claimed my order had been lost and then stated it would be sent. On Aug 11 I got an email saying my order had shipped with a link to some tracking site that I’ve never heard of called CJPacket. The tracking has never updated to show anything shipped and no one is responding to any inquiries once again. I escalated the issue thru PayPal and they found in my favor. Do not buy from this company.
