I ordered the tank top for my Olivia Rodrigo concert to wear. It is extremely important to note that this IS the place Olivia Rodrigo gets her custom-made shirts for her concert from. I was planning to recreate her look by getting a tank top with the same design she has worn at a previous show. I ordered the tank top July 8th and read on their website that it would be shipped in 2-4 weeks. It has almost been 6 weeks and I have not gotten any information about my order. They also say their products are final sale and they will not issue any refunds. I attempted to email them, send them MULTIPLE direct messages on Instagram, comment on OTHER peoples posts while tagging them asking where my order is (because they turned off their instagram and tiktok comments on their page), TRIED to contact their "customer service" on the website, and with all of these things I got no responses. They responded to me twice on instagram dm though and told me vague information about my order the first time and then the second time they told me it would be shipping out last week (August 6). I needed the tank top BY August 2nd. They are a legit company but are not fulfilling their customers' needs. They should not be allowed to have a company if they are basically scamming everybody EXCEPT celebrities and influencers. It is also sad because a big target audience is teens and children who want to recreate Olivia Rodrigo's outfit. Multiple people have had the same experience as I have as proven when you search up the company on Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. They are using celebrities to promote their business and then refuse to ship out orders to "normal" people. It is absolutely NOT okay that they are doing this.
