This company sent what looked like an invoice, stating that our website domain was expiring if we didn't renew by 8/6/24. We are a non-profit whose board just took over this year so we thought it was legitimate. We found out it was not renewing our domain but transferring it to their company instead. We called to ask them why our website wasn't working and they told us we had to get information from our previous domain holder to be able to complete the transfer of our website. We said we were not wanting to transfer it and they said we already had. They did end up giving us our money back but the man was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. We have our money back, but we no longer have the website.
