This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Googled Marine Layer and clicked on first link. I entered the website and looked exactly like Marine Layer's website, but found out later it was a fake. I ended up purchasing goods from the website and received an order confirmation. However, when I checked to see my order in Marine Layer website, it stated it didn't exist. I then clicked on the email from the fake site and it didn't generate a website.
