This person emailed my nonprofit organization and offered to donate a piano to our company. i entered myself into the raffle and won. I emailed her with the email provided letting her know that I had won. She told me it was her late husband's piano and she really wanted it to go to a music lover. She didn't want any money for it as her husband would be devastated if she sold it but she was moving to France and it needed to be gone out of her storage unit. Her movers were very reasonable and that I could schedule with them. She gave me a reference code for when I emailed the movers. She was very on me about emailing the movers even giving me deadlines and asking for pictures and videos once I got it in my house. I emailed them over the weekend and when I received no response I looked up the moving company at work. This is when I found out this was a scam. This was the most elaborate scam I have ever seen. It was typed out completely and correctly, it was a very detailed story, and she was consistent on being in contact.
