I ordered office supplies online from Century Business Solutions on June 29, 2024 and my receipt stated that I would receive an email confirmation. I did not receive a confirmation. I have made repeated calls to the phone number on the website to get a status of my order and it was always busy. I checked my American Express account today to see that I was actually charged for the order in the amount of $54.44. I then disputed the payment to AMEX. When I went to the dispute page I was asked to contact the business first. When I selected the "contact business" tab, it was not Century Business Solutions that I was directed to, but Century Products Group in Wisconsin. I then spoke to Renee at Century Products Group and she said no such charge was made to their company on June 29, and they don't even sell office products. Renee's email address for reference is EMAIL. Amex has suspended the charge but I am concerned that whoever made the charge now has access to my AMEX account number.
