On June 28th 2024, I ordered 3 OriBreeze cooling units. When they arrived all the boxes the units came were slightly damaged and none of the units received said OriBteeze on them. We opened the least damaged box and attempted to use the product which did work as advertised. It did not cool the room at all as claimed. On their website the return policy says it is an easy process to get refund within 30 days. We attempted by for since we knew the product was bogus The number for customer support states it will connect you to an agent then hangs up on you advising you to contact them by email or live chat. We have attempted to email them at the stated email heyhelp.cc many times and with pictures of the product and the order number. We have received a generic almost robotic response twice. Asking for the same information provided in the initial email we sent to them. We do get any answers from the phone or email on the refund request. We would like return the product for a full refund but the “ company” refuses to respond to our request. We are within the 30 day timeline.
