Description

I recently encountered significant issues with Booksi’s vacation package policies that I feel compelled to share. Booksi insists that their terms and conditions clearly state that their "vacation package" requires travelers to be legally married and travel together to proceed with the reservation. However, this crucial information was never mentioned when I purchased the package to New York. Additionally, there was no mention of the mandatory 2-hour "time-share" presentation, which was an unwelcome surprise. As a result, my reservation and money were simply lost. I feel deeply disappointed and misled. The attendant attempted to sell me other vacation choices, but due to their unreliable posture, I could not accept any further offers. In conclusion, I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. Their lack of transparency and reliability has been a deeply frustrating experience.
