Ordered hair oil in April of 2023, tried to contact seller( Dominique Edward’s) through social media (facebook) and through email she stated orders was going out but never sent out. Contacted seller again regarding order then she blocked me. And refused to give me a refund. Now she opened a new site to scam people. She also takes some payments through cash app. She goes on live to sell wigs and oils but never ships orders and when people complain on her lives she blocks them
