Description
Fakes /pseudo payment and creates invoice, link, email instead, forces wait instead actual link to payment (still opened PayPal). Instead later payment, hope not double payment (opened PayPal again), wait again email /confirmation, wait again delivery /SH. Unfortunate realized just like earlier attempt to buy same vendor, had to resort other vendor result defective merchandise (yes I blame Joy Bricks more than other vendor, would not have happened). Anyway, 2nd chance... Merchandise received. Inspected, merchandise defective, attempted return, denied despite guarantee and communication circumvented others refused. Vendor pathologically lies, doesn't honor 14 Day nor 30 Day Policies. Can't return, finish, nor locate address.
