I asked them about the condition of the piano and they said it was pack up already but they sent me pictures that did not match the piano that was advertised. after further searching on google i came upon a post on the BBB website of a scam from 4 months prior with the identically worded email even with the same ref ID! Turns out the website was a fake copy of a real moving company
