Description

I was texted from a 31478 number. It said to please contact Radius Global Solutions, LLC @ 833-736-0955. This "5-digit number" gave a reference number. It said to view your rights or make a payment at rad-gs.com. I clicked on the link and it took me through its site. I had to leave the last 4 digits of my social security number. Regrettably, I entered the last 4 SS numbers, and it told me that I have an outstanding balance at AT&T for $200+. I have not used AT&T for years and frankly don't remember when or where I had. I even looked for old emails from AT&T so I could find any payment requests or login information so I could call and/or see if I actually had a balance. I found nothing. Upon research of this suspicious text message, I found other people received the same text from Radius Global Solutions, LLC. I dug into this even more and saw reviews that they are "phony debt collectors". I have NO debt whatsoever with AT&T. If I did I would have already paid it but this "company" is coming after me YEARS later. I'm taking the next step and freezing my credit.
