I was trying to exchange my concert tickets as I had accidentally purchased the wrong date. I tried to fix the issue through the Ticketmaster app but was having hard time trying to figure out how to speak to an actual human. I searched on Google for the ticket master customer service # and unfortunately called a Ticketmaster imposter. Everything they said was very convincing and they kept reassuring me I would get my money back in a few moments. They completely cleared me out. By the time I got off the phone with them it was too late for me to exchange/return my tickets. I was too broke to even go to the concert and was only able to sell 1/2 tickets in an attempt to get my money back.
