Eyebuydirect.com ships through a 3rd party and you have to download that 3rd party's app on your phone and then create a account first before you can check status of your order. Eyebuydirect automatically canceled my order and still took my money and sat on it until I went through their 3rd party shipping app almost a week later. If I didn't call and ask for a refund, they were going to rob me unchecked. How many people had their orders canceled but didn't go through 3rd party shipping like me and never got their money back? They only process refunds on the phone for people who investigate their own robberies and call them over drop shipped bifocals.
