This company is charging loans at a rate of 881.58% knowing this was a high priced loan I wanted to pay this loan off as soon as I was able. I went to their website. No where was I able to pay off the loan so I called the number. No one picked up the phone during business hours 2 days in a row. I sent a message to pay the loan in full using the bank account debit card on file to their customer service via e-mail. This morning the e-mail I read the e-mail and they said they couldn’t use email for this I had to call. Finally today I get a hold of a snarky sounding young lady who tells me that “we are not like other companies” when I asked her why I couldn’t pay my loan on line? So in the matter of two days the interest went from $60 to $84. I can’t imagine I would have waited another week to pay it. These people scam people out of money by blocking them from paying o line in the account portal.
