I was contacted by a company called Enterprise Services claiming that I was being served due to a loan. I asked for information regarding the matter, and I was spoken to very rudely and unprofessionally. I continued to ask for a contact number for the company claiming to serve me and the gentleman was having an attitude because I was asking questions to get things verified. After about 5 minutes, the gentleman gave me the phone number (1-866-530-3720) to discuss what was going on. When I contacted the number, they immediately knew certain information about me that I did not give out. So, I proceeded to speak with a gentleman by the name of "Evan" at extension 107. I knew I had a loan out and that it may have gone into collections. However, no one from the loan company contacted me or sent me any sort of notice. Sadly, I did pay $70.06 on June 5, 2024 and was set for monthly auto-pay for the 1st of every month until the balance is paid in full. When July 1st came around, no payment was taken from my account, so, I called the collection agency to see what was going on. Mr. Evans stated that he changed the date of auto-pay to the 5th of every month; he did this without telling me or getting my authorization. Today, July 5th, the payment of $60 was to be taken out, and attempted to do that at around 6:02 am, again at 9:01 am. I did not have all of the funds in my account so it was declined. Something told me to call Advance America where I received the loan and I asked what their collection agency and the phone number were. The young lady gave me a phone number that is not associated with who I paid on June 5th and the name doesn't match either. I immediately called and contacted my bank and blocked "Enterprise Services" from any further payment(s). I tried to contact Enterprise Services after I caught it, and no answer. I even tried to look up the phone number and name through Google and I couldn't find anything on this company.
