We received a letter appearing to be from the usps stating our change of address failed to go through because i didnt provide identity verification. I had gone in person to do this and KNOW i gave her my ID. Then when i went to the website it asked me to pay $1.10 to verify my identity via credit card. This seemed off to me, and i realised it was a scam
