I bought a new HP All-in One Printer from Best Buy. I was having connecting it wirelessly to my laptop. I went online per the HP set-up instructions, still could not get it installed, and called an 800 number per the HP instructions on 8-11-23. At that time, I was unknowingly connected to a scammer who said he was familiar with my setup printer problem. In order to continue, I would have to buy a 1, 2, or 3yr anti-virus agreement, so I bought the 3 yr. He remotely took control of my laptop, resolved the problem, and installed the anti-virus program on my laptop. When I tried to call today for a different printer problem, the message says the call cannot be completed. The scam is that once QVS resolves the initial problem, you can't get in touch with them again for the 3 year contract I paid for.
