Description
Contacted Betts Appliance Repair on May 15, 2024 to repair a freezer. Mr. Betts checked freezer and told us he needed to order a part to repair the freezer. He requested payment for the service call, replacement part and freight for part. I gave him a check for $400.95. He told us he would be back on May 24th to repair freezer. After May 24th we attempted to contact Betts. We left approximately 25 messages to no avail. After this we realized that Betts does not have a physical address. We searched internet and found so many negative reviews with the same problem. Betts requires payment and then never shows up to do the repairs.
