Bona Fide Cleaning is doing a BAIT & SWICTH you paid for a service and they get to your house and want to charge you more. I want my front porch done and that's it and The service guy was rude trying to tell me what I paid for! He wanted to give me an price for the driveway and when I told him I didn't want that he got an uppedty with me. I know what I paid for. The home office hung up on me and then did NOT answer the phone when I tried to call back! Its not fair! 888-857-8490 is their number.
