I ordered an “American made” product on May 30 with 3-6 day Express shipping for a teacher’s gift. I received the item on June 18 after it shipped from the country of Sweden. I asked to cancel or refund my order several times as I knew the 3-6 days was false from that point. The site said it’d be shipping from Mississippi. They offered me $2 USD (very clearly stated USD every time for currency for an American made company) and said it’ll be too expensive for me to ship back so they’ll just give me $2. I said I want a total refund for their scam representation and that it wasn’t 3-6 day shipping. They have no phone number to call and only respond with very basic generic responses like I’m sorry you’re dissatisfied please give it a chance or I’m sorry but with my limited ability I can’t refund you more than $4 USD. I requested to get in touch with someone higher up and asked for phone number for customer service several times but it has gone ignored. At this point just want to bring light to a scam of this company - definitely not American made and definitely not customer centered.
