Received a letter telling me it was my FINAL NOTICE s my home warranty (company provided) was expiring on 6/25/24 and I needed to call to update my home warranty. Failure to call will result in me being liable for all costs associated with home repairs. No inspection necessary. Signed "James Miller, Program Director"
