Description
I received a call informing me that AT&T was discontinuing its current landline service and that I needed to change to digital in order to continue my AT&T service uninterrupted. I agreed and then found out that my billing would come from Ring Planet, not AT&T. I contacted AT&T and was told that they have no affiliation with Ring Planet. They told me to refuse delivery of Ring Planet's device and return it to them. I called Ring Planet's customer service number and told them to cancel my order. I'm afraid that this is just the beginning of my problems with them.
