I get a letter from Pioneer Credit Recovery every so often that I owe $31 to $50 dollars to the VA Hospital. Now I have received a letter that said I owe $1,102.12. I pay my VA hospital fee every year at tax time I don't have an outstanding bill or it would show on my billing statement every month they send it.
