Description
Paid for parking on 2 separate occasions in downtown Greensboro, NC. I have my receipts for both. Invoice received has pictures of my license plate on both occasions indicating I did not pay. Disputed both charges. What tipped me off as a scam is that the car is not registered in my name..but the invoice came to me.
