I purchased a pdf that I wrote. The site clearly asks to either pay $1.95 for 7 days of access OR a one-time purchase of $10. I paid the $10 and NEVER received the document/download. I contacted their “customer support” but they claim I never activated an account or something along those lines and I said the site never mentioned any activation just the choice between the 7 day access or one-time fee. I know $10 isn’t much BUT I still was ripped off
