I had used this landscaper 4 times prior to the incident in question. He was referred by a coworker and was servicing 3 people we personally knew. In March of this year, we came up with a deal to put in a section of artificial turf. He asked for half of the total bill, $375, so he could purchase the turf. He send me an invoice stating that he purchased it from Site One Landscape Supply, (623) 584-5901. He then no showed, answering 2 weeks later and rescheduled. He continued to no show twice and then became unresponsive via text/phone when we asked for the turf since he kept no showing with zero communication. I called Site One Landscaping supply and the manager, Jose, stated that he never actually purchased the turf, he had only received an estimate. We have tried a copious amount of times to get ahold of him and he is unreachable. Thank you for your time.
