They called me pretending to be Chase bank from 800-955-9060. Initially I didn't feel comfortable I hung up. They called again stating fraud on my account. I said I didn't feel comfortable speaking to them because I do not recognize the number to be Chase bank phone number. The guy I spoke to told me to Google the number and I did I verify it was Chase.. However I hung up again called the actual Chase Fraud Line which is there same number that the scammers are calling from. "Chase Real bank" said that is there number. Scammers called me back again and ask to verify if these charges were me trying to make an international flight charge and Amazon I said no. They said Visa blocked the money from being charge however they couldn't for Amazon and that the person purchase a bunch of virtual gift cards that cannot be trace. And that someone called chase pretended to be me the day before. So now they asked me to verify my last 8 digit of my credit card number with Chase. I didn't feel comfortable. I asked them why don't I see the fraud charges on my account they stated it was block. I said I wanted them to verify my transactions to me to first. They verify multiple transactions I did make on multiple days. So now I felt more comfortable after they verified my true charges that I did make. So I proceeded to give them the last 8 digits of my credit card number. After doing so the guy read back my full card number. Stating that if he wasn't chase he wouldn't know that information. I said he's would have because obviously someone's has access to my credit card number. So he proceeded to say he's going to cancel my card. He ask for me to verify the info on my card. I did. Then he said since Amazon and Malaysia Airlines the stores where the fraud took place. They needed to get a hold of me but because I am not the chase attorneys. I can forward the call to them. So this is where they had me key on *726466049929 to forward my cell calls to that number. They had me on hold while supposedly talking to both Amazon and Malaysia airlines for almost 2 hours. While that was supposely being done. He asked me to reset my security questions since it was compromise. I disclose my drivers license number and info, current loans and lenders, my previous address how long I stayed there, my cars information , my current job and past employer all under the impression that I was resetting my new security questions. He even let me choose the questions. He also said they might be sending some text alert test for potential fraud alerts to make sure it works on my cell. He said do not decline it. It's not real we're just checking to see if it works. However I never received it.I was freezing all my 3 credited bureau and changing my password for my chase login in the background on my end. Ultimately I called chase fraud from another line and they stated that the person I was speaking was not chase. And they might of spoof chase actual phone number. I was speaking to Jay Garcia the scammer because Antonio had given him the phone. Jay gave a bogus ID number that couldn't be verify with the real chase people, then the actual chase rep wanted him to verify the Canus Daily code. It's like safeword of the day. Jay couldn't verify it but instead tried to present himself as the higher Authority and scare him. During this time I had turned off my call forwarding. The real chase bank cancel my credit card and is going to be sending me a new one. He told me to freeze my accounts on chase. I hung up on Jay and Antonio the fake chase bank. However some of personal information has been jeopardize.
