Outlier lists AI-related job openings on multiple job search websites. I applied to several openings. I received an offer via email that prompted me to create an online Outlier account, upload picture identification (I used my California driver license), connect a payment method (I connected my bank account), participate in online training, and join a Slack channel. After doing all of that, I did not receive any further communication, so I directed my bank to freeze my bank account and provide a new bank account number. The Outlier website does not permit me to delete my Outlier account.
