I had a put a deposit on a puppy for delivery. The day of the delivery, the breeder said he couldn't deliver the puppy and had delivered the puppy to a delivery company, The delivery company texted me through the email provided and said they needed a deposit to deliver the puppy. The logistics express company said they couldn't deliver without money from an apple pay and a Walmart money card. They stated that all funds paid were refunded in cash upon delivery of the puppy. $600 for crate rental, $1000 for insurance, $500 for delay second day, $900 for custom stamp, $500 for payment the breeder couldn't pay Upon every payment by Apple pay or the money card, I got another request for money from them. There was always another charge. I fell in love with the puppy I had hoped I'd receive so I kept paying until it totaled $3500. I still do not have possession of my puppy. The delivery company even threatened me that the FBI would be at my front door if not paid.
