@ 2:00PM, I received a telephone from Tameka pretend to be my assigned advocate wanted ask question about my health plan. I told I already filled out questionnaire about my health plan online. She insist that she new to the job wanted to introduce herself to me. She ask verify my date of birth and home address. Here comes the question about my living arrangement, church , family event and my social security and food stamp programs. I told her dont need another fraudulent person who tries to scam my personal information. They tries block me out of my own account ( bank, internet, health insurance). I called the number on the back of my insurance card speak to United Healthcare representative report this incident. Here listed of numbers claim to be united Healthcare ( 888 264-8760, 417 990-0223, 855 404-8880, 602 834-0886 ). I didnot get any help about this situation.
