Saw an offer from what was perceived as QVC and it was "today deal" (that should have been my first clue), I placed an order (8770) on 3/24/24 for buy one get one beach chairs for 39.98 . On 3/28/24 at 11:03 PM I received a shipment notice with a tracking number https://www.track718.us/en/detail?nums=AT355902127CN (the AT355... us the 'tracking number' but nothing ever comes up, the little arrow just spins. On may 4, I reached out to inquire. They responded with check with your neighbors, which I did and no one received 2 beach chairs. I asked the company for a picture of the product being delivered, as it is customary now for all delivery drivers to take a picture when they deliver as proof of delivery, they skirted the request. Then they said someone probably stole it, which I replied that I have security cameras and nothing has been stolen. Today they offered a 70% refund because they are losing money too (ah- what? You have all my money and I have no product, so how are you losing money exactly?) I have requested a full refund again which I don't expect to see. I'm done trying to work this out with them, and just want others to be aware of this scam.
