Paid for expedited shipping the website says made in the USA which is incorrect because the product says it was shipping from china. I emailed them back and forth for over a month and they assured me that it was on the way and it was delayed. So I waited and the product finally said delivered on there website and nothing was delivered. I was instructed by customer service to check the post office which I did and I brought the post off the tracking number and they told me that the number was not a real tracking number. When I asked the customer service about this they assured me that I would get a full refund and it has been weeks and I have sent them multiple emails with no response. When I go back on the website not it was Tractor Supply. Bottom line is that I was scammed and I would like to prevent others from going through the same thing. Thank you
