Purchased a $99.99 jacket on their website (Nyocho Studios). Received an email confirming the order and that it was being prepared to ship. There was a link in the email to view and check the order but sometime later that led to a website that was shut down and nothing could be seen. After some time with no updates, reached out to the email provided on their website (nyochostudios.com) about an update to the order and inquired about the website being down. The response from the email (with the name Nygel Edmonds) stated that their website was down due to maintenance and that they checked the “fulfillment center” and that the order will be shipped that week. After sometime with no updates or package received I responded asking for a tracking or shipping number and was only told I would be receiving it that week at the latest. That was on April 9th, 2024 and still no package and the business refuses to respond to my next few inquiries. The name from the email is of a Nygel Edmonds, and from a brief search it looks like their instagram is ny_ocho. I believe they set up a fake website and advertised products for sale they never planned on shipping.
