First encountered the merchant as a Instagram page advertising some cute slippers. I noticed she does a lot of discounts so i decided to try them out for mothers day, so i ordered 2 pairs of slipper through afterpay and completely paid them off cause i didn't wanna give my card. 3 weeks went by and i heard nothin about the orders i placed for the slippers. At that point i started emailing the lady concerned about why my slippers weren't at least shipped out or to get some type of information concerning my order. Days went by so i sent another email which led to another, about maybe 5 or 6 emails in total spaced out within 2 months span. I thought to try to dm them through Instagram but when i went to her page, suspiciously enough she turned off her DMs cause supposedly too many people were asking about their orders. She never responded to my emails about my order or ignored them cause they or she are still active on Instagram. When i went to check my order receipt on the website i made the purchases from i know longer could see my receipts or website was taken down "supposedly" due to maintenance but i believe that to be a lie cause she put up a whole new website so i can no longer view my orders. They received $31 in total for both slippers. Now I'm dealing with tryna get a refund or i might have to call my bank to try and dispute the charges.
