Male by the name of Anthony approached me at my residence in Groveport, Ohio to trim my trees. He gave me a business card and said he was licensed, bonded, and fully insured. All of which he is not! He was suppose to finish sealing the cut branches at my home and he did not complete it. He went to my parents house as I had requested an estimate for clearing out all the over growth and young trees directly behind the house and down the fence line. He was to video chat with me upon his arrival to my parents house, but he did not. He did call and said he would do it for $1,500. I told him I was not ok with him starting anything unless I was there. I had to have the neighbor get him on his phone because he would not answer his. He called and stated he had already started and knew exactly what i wanted. I told him I was not comfortable with his decision to start this without my presence. He illegally dumped debris from my moms place, on up the road they live on. This was witnessed by neighbors and i personally found the dumping spot. He tried to charge me for these loads that he said he had to pay to dump. He arrived back at my house after getting into an argument with him about not paying anything until I see what he had done. I wrote a check because i felt threatened by him. He called me back at 11:00 PM insisting I give him cash, and saying he couldn't cash the check. I went down to my parents the next day and found he had done nothing even close to what i has discussed with him. I txt him and told him I was absolutely not paying for what little they did and it was not at all what I was expecting. I put a stop payment on that check, and thus got threatening phone calls and txt the entire day. He proceeded to go back to my parents and dumped a trailer full of tree branches and the likes all on my parents front yard. He also wacked a bunch of branches out of a Japanese Maple and left tire marks through their yard. This Company AAA Arbor Care is not a legit business, nor is it bonded and insured. He will not provide a business address, email address, and only has his first name on his business card.
