This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
They keep running adds about a fake 6400 dollar government subsidy. After enough conplaints i guess they run adds saying "those adds are lying its a health plan with 6400 dollars for anything hsa(not true there are restrictions)" Then it cools and they start claiming its a gov. Subsidy again
