My mom ordered 2 dresses from the online site nextmacys. First, we tried to call the contact number on the website and it’s not in service then, we both sent multiple emails about the order. Sometimes we would get a response sometimes we wouldn’t. They just kept telling us it was on the way. Just Saturday I received an email saying it was delivered with a tracking number that wouldn’t open because it was fake. My mom used her credit card information and had to cancel it and get another credit card. This had been going on for over a month now. My mom saw an add pop up on Facebook which she discovered the website. I’m pretty sure whoever created this site has multiple other fraudulent sites that pop up on Facebook. I filed a fraud alert with Facebook also but the site is still up and running and people are still getting scammed. I am filling this out because I don’t want anyone else’s to get scammed from these people
