Description
I ordered a baby stroller online that the company was advertising. When I ordered IT was confirmed I would receive the stroller 5-7 days. After not receiving the merchandise, i gave package about two or more weeks to arrive giving it shopping time. So I then attempt to reach out to vonemeta it stated an invalid email address and tracking number for product. I reached out to my bank and they would not refund the money due to I paid for product online. A couple more weeks came by I strong to contact the company again by email. And someone from support team responded and said she would refund my account. Then I later receive another email stating I had received the merchandise. I informed the company I waited for about a month seeing if the stroller was still going to ship but I’ve never received anything in the mail. Then customer support wanted to resend the order but I did not approve and continue to request a refund because of what happened with the last order. The lady continue to lie about they were sending y refund it would take up to 10 days to clear, no refund so about 15 days later I replied again stating I still have not received my refund. For the second time she stated she has sent the money, I have not received anything yet. I was scammed and it is really sad to say. I just wanted my money I paid and didn’t receive an order. I do have emails or documents supporting this complaint.
