I made a single purchase of $4.99 from this company, and when offered a second item at a discount, I clicked “No thanks”. It then took me to a page thanking me for the second purchase, which I did not authorize. I immediately contacted the company, asking for a refund. Despite claiming to have a response time of 24 hours or less, they did not reply for two weeks. When they did email me, they told me it was impossible to refund me (despite having a “satisfaction guaranteed or your money back” sign on the site. They basically told me I should have read the product description about it being a digital product better, even though that was not the issue at all, and refused to refund me a second time.
